🍎Cider Donut bread pudding! Fall is almost here, but you don’t need it to commence your annual apple cider donut muck fest. Try this out next time you’re left with some stale-ish leftover apple cider donuts. Ingredients
6 apple cider donuts, torn into 1-inch chunks
3 large eggs
¼ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup packed light brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup buttermilk
¾ cup whole milk
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Optional: powdered sugar or whipped cream for serving 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8x8-inch (20x20 cm) baking dish. 2. Spread the chopped apple cider donuts evenly in the prepared dish. 3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla until smooth. 4.
