The University of Colorado Boulder announced the newest buffalo to represent the school will make her debut Saturday. Ralphie the VII will take the field ahead of the Buffs' matchup against the University of Wyoming at Folsom Field. The one-year-old American Bison, which weighs 700 pounds, was gifted to the university by the Beauprez Family, who are multigenerational CU alumni and owners of Eagle’s Wing Ranch outside of Steamboat Springs.
