The North Carolina State Officers took a trip to the Southern Region Teen Leadership Conference last week to participate in 4 days of fun learning. From waving the North Carolina flag in the state parade to celebrating wins on the stage and dance floor, the State Officers had a week full of workshops, competitions, and friendships. They led a parliamentary procedure workshop, competed in the State Showdown (placing second overall), won first in skits, and third in the talent show.
