Paul Mescal has reflected on the responsibility that comes with telling queer stories in film. In an interview with OUT while promoting his new film with Josh O'Connor, History of Sound, Mescal said: "It’s so much harder to get those stories made. The society is polarized to an extent that we haven't seen before, especially in the world that we operate in."
