I am the Director of Operations for a non-profit, benefitting people of color in brewing and distilling. I am proud of the work we’ve accomplished with the support of this industry. These are 12 of 62 awardees. 10 of whom, have NEVER experienced a hop harvest before. The work may be challenging, but I can’t express how rewarding it is to be given the opportunity to see them shine in spaces where they’ve always belonged.
