We’re excited to welcome Lea Gabrielle Potts as the new General Manager at Mount Snow! Lea brings over a decade of leadership experience from the U.S. Navy and U.S. State Department, where she’s known for her strategic vision, team-building skills, and ability to drive meaningful change. From serving as a U.S. Navy Fighter Pilot to leading global engagement efforts as the Executive Director at the U.S. Department of State, Lea has proven her ability to lead in high-stakes environments. She holds an MBA from MIT, where she was a Sloan fellow, and a degree in mechanical engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy. Beyond her impressive career, Lea is also a lifelong skier! She started skiing at just 2.5 years old at our sister resort, libertymtn in Pennsylvania, and has a deep passion for the outdoors and mountain culture. Fun fact: Lea also loves to kitesurf!
