Here’s how:
Grease and flour your bundt pans.
I made a double batch of my favorite honey cake recipe. Two cake mixes will also work.
Put the cake batter into you prepared bundt pans. I did two 6 cup capacity pans and 2 mini bundts that were 2 cup capacity. I baked them until a toothpick inserted in the center of each bundt came out cleanly. Allow the cakes to cool. Once cooled I removed the rounded bottom (what is facing upwards while baking) of each bundt to allow them to sit flat. I then prepared my favorite buttercream icing. I turned the first bundt upside down so that its cut portion was facing up. Then I added a layer of icing. I sat the other bundt on top so it was cut portion to cut portion touching each other. Do this for both the 6 cup and mini bundts. I then added a thin layer of icing to the entire outside of the bundts.
