Prepping hamburgers with Mozi, who runs ConPapa’s food truck in the north of Israel, was definitely a highlight of my trip! Mozi is Moroccan, shares a passion for food and cooking and wanted to serve his country by spending the last a year and half giving soldiers free burgers and meals—he has prepped 25,000 burgers!
