Have you ever met a racehorse without ears? 👂 We’d like to introduce you to Miss Jane Hathaway, a 2-year-old daughter of Central Banker bred by James Corrao, who lost her ears to frostbite as a foal. She was a surprise arrival out in the field on February 4, 2023, a day remembered by her connections as one of the coldest in upstate New York. However, the lack of ears doesn’t affect her hearing at all and hasn’t slowed her down one bit! The New York-bred filly has been training at Saratoga but has not yet made her debut. We’re looking forward to cheering her on when she does!
