AP EURO COMES TO MAC History teacher Greg Anderson gives a lesson to his 4th-period AP European History class on Wednesday, Sept. 17. This is the first year that the course has been offered at McCallum and many students jumped at the opportunity to add the class to their transcript. Recently, they began learning about religious wars that occurred during the 15th and 16th centuries. According to junior Lexie Petersen, the class has been very informative due to the participation and collaboration of the whole class. “Since it’s an AP elective history course, the students in that class really want to be there,” Petersen said. “You aren’t going to get randomly put in this class, which means that most people are really happy to be there.
