KNIGHTS AHEAD AT HALFTIME: Wide receiver Cooper Hensley scored a touchdown, with kicker Max Fullerton earning an extra point, bringing the score to 7-0. Next, defensive back Mason White intercepted the ball, running all the way to the end zone for a pick six. Fullerton earned another extra point to bring the game to 14-0. Elgin earned a touchdown on a technicality, bringing the game to 14-7.  In the second quarter, McCallum gained 3 points  when Fullerton kicked a field goal, and a subsequent touchdown from sophomore quarterback Aiden Ilai left the game at 24-7 for the Knights.
