Tampa Pride has announced a one-year hiatus for its 2026 events, including the annual festival and diversity parade. The decision was made due to the "current political and economic climate" in the state of Florida. “We recognize the festival and parade’s significant financial contribution to local businesses and its vital role to our LGBTQIA+ community.
