✅ You CAN feel good in your body again.
Keep showing up. Keep doing your nap time 15 minute workouts in your sweatpants if that’s all you have time for. Keep your chin up when you skip your workout and pat yourself on the back when you don’t.
The goal is to feel proud of the consistency. To be role models for our little ones and to love what our bodies are capable of.
