Want to test (and improve) your balance? 🙆
1. Start by standing with your feet together, making sure you're standing safely in a corner for support.
2. Close your eyes (you’ll notice it gets much harder right away.)
3. Then, whilst keeping your eyes shut, slowly turn your head side to side.
This little exercise challenges your vestibular system and proprioception, which is your brain’s ability to sense where your body is in space. It might feel wobbly at first, but by doing this for 1 minute a day, you'll likely see real improvement in your balance within a few weeks.
