“Barefoot walking, is it really good for your health?” 👣
The answer is yes, but you need to build up to it gradually.
One of the most common mistakes I see is going straight from years in shoes to suddenly doing lots of barefoot walking.
Within days, people end up with sore feet, knees, hips, or back pain because their body simply hasn’t adapted to it, not realising it takes time to see the benefits.
✅ Start with 5 minutes a day
✅ Next week, try 10 minutes
✅ Then build from there
