From Eagle's Wing Ranch outside of Steamboat Springs to Folsom Field in Boulder, this is the story of adding Ralphie VII to the University of Colorado's historic Ralphie Live Mascot program. Taylor Stratton and Colton Behr led the charge, collaborating with the Beauprez family to add to the illustrious line of buffalo representing the best mascot in all of sports. Ralphie VII made her debut run on September 20 before the Colorado Buffaloes football team took on Wyoming. The Buffs went on to defeat the Cowboys by a score of 37-20.
