🌊 Invest 94 is now Potential Tropical Cyclone 9 — giving the NHC the ability to issue watches and warnings. So far, nothing for the U.S., but alerts are up for Turks & Caicos and the Bahamas.
No new development expected in the NW Caribbean or Gulf through early October.
