Hispanic and Latino/a/é Heritage Month: Rosario Dawson Rosario Dawson is an American actress and activist, born in May of 1979 in New York City, NY. Since her debut on the 1995 independent film “Kids” when she was fifteen years old, she has worked on blockbusters and independent films. She lends her name to myriad campaigns in environmental, political and humanitarian causes and supported writers in the strike of 2023. This month we celebrate Dawson’s positive influence on the Hispanic and Latino/a/é community.
