Typhoon Ragasa has now weakened. As cities are restoring from the aftermath, videos of people taking shelters in Shenzhen has been trending on social media. ⁣ ⁣ Shenzhen provided 865 shelters before the typhoon’s landing, in order to protect workers from construction sites.⁣ ⁣ Subways stations, gyms, schools and universities were transformed into temporary shelters, with food, water, medical treatment and entertainment provided.
