Your pitch isn’t just about rattling off your major or resume highlights, it’s about storytelling. It’s a gift/skill I have developed over the years, and I always look forward to teaching and coaching early talent on how to craft their foundation. It’s really the confidence to communicate: (through repetition) ✔️ Who you are ✔️ What you bring to the table ✔️ Where you want to go next The classroom teaches knowledge but the elevator pitch teaches how to translate that knowledge into opportunity.
