We have been receiving a lot of questions regarding our toothpaste tablets and how to use them. Here are our instructions: Bite on the tablet and chew it into smaller pieces. With a wet toothbrush, start brushing and you will notice it start to foam. Brush as you would normally and remember to spit! This is still a variation of toothpaste and is not meant to be swallowed.
