We were heartbroken to hear of the passing of Agnes “Aggie” Gund. Aggie was not only a strong social justice advocate, influential philanthropist, and a prodigious art collector, but a dear friend of the Rubin Museum and the Rubin family. Ms. Gund (as our staff addressed her) gave significantly to the Rubin Museum since we first opened in 2004.
