A Pennsylvania farm owner was extradited from Belize to Philadelphia after fleeing the country, according to the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office. Officials said Abigail Tuttle O'Keeffe is facing more than 100 counts of animal cruelty charges after animals at her Newtown farm were found dead, sick and living in filthy conditions back in August 2024.
