a rich and fudgy malted brownie is as good as therapy to me 🙂‍↕️ made a batch for school bake sale this week but made sure there were extras for me! base brownie recipe from 100 Cookies book by sarah_kieffer . I swapped out 1 tbsp cocoa powder and added 2 tbsp malt powder. I’ve also made them exactly as written and can confirm they are legit. very chocolate-y, very chewy, very crackly on top. like, seriously perfect! it’s a large batch made in 9” x 13” pan.
