⊳ Chinese spring roll wrappers are made of wheat and sold frozen in several sizes - these are the small 5.5” x 5.5” ones
⊳ Vietnamese spring roll wrappers aka rice papers are not the same
⊳ these can be assembled and frozen uncooked, and fried later from frozen
⊳ cooked ones can be reheated in a 350f oven 12-15 mins or whenever warm through
