STRAWBERRY MASCARPONE BUTTERCREAM 🍓 mascarpone is the Italian cream cheese we all know and love as a key ingredient in tirimisu but it’s also SO good in buttercream! It’s mildly sweet, rich with higher fat content and less tangy than its American counterpart.
