this mortadella burrata pistachio pesto sandwich 🤌 my husband saw it on tt jacksdiningroom who called this sandwich from Divorare the most famous sandwich in Madrid. obviously had to recreate immediately! we didn’t have the same type of Tuscan bread but approximated it eith homemade foccacia (that easy no-knead bonappetitmag recipe) it was so good we made it a second time already and added baby arugula which I dare say made it even better. 10/10 save this one to make! p.s. excuse my scratchy congested voiceover 🤧 #mortadella #burrata #freshbaked #bread #foccacia #pesto #easyrecipe
