It makes sense that Costco Vancouver would have this now cuz Vancouver is known for their sizeable and fresh Atlantic + Sockeye salmon sashimi 🍣 For the base rice, I took a portion out of the rice cooker to cool down (tossing) and added: • mirin • rice vinegar • sugar • salt I’ve also tried costco_canada’s frozen steelhead salmon marinated poke (by dominternational) and prefer that flavour to this.
