stacked open faced handrolls 👏 I remember trying handrolls for the first time in LA at Kazunori and being quite disappointed with the filling and price I was paying for it. So, I am super delighted that Oshi Nori exists and is in Vancouver too! They also do the bar-like seating that surrounds the sushi chef - getting to watch them make each bite is a show in itself :) They also do the classic handrolls that are fully wrapped, but I’d say their open faced (aka original rolls) specialty ones are the bites to go for. The quality of their ingredients are top-knotch and fresh. I felt like I could look forward to every bite 😋 The chef even surprised Dan and I with an off the menu bite!
