I went around 2pm to put my name on the waitlist and the wait was 40 mins (+20 on return) - so I headed to Richmond Centre nearby to shop and chill :) Ordering is done through scanning the QR code at the table and informing your waiter of how many pieces/order. The waitress we had was very helpful and bubbly! I thought she was from the HQ in Toronto, but she said she just started working there :) I recommend starting with an order of the thinly sliced brisket as they cook quickly. I love their marinades - very flavourful and can stand on their own without the dipping sauces especially their miso and garlic. They use Canadian beef. The Vancouver location has a RIBEYE as their location-unique item, but I found it quite dry...not enough marbling/fat. Maybe it was the piece I got?
