In Memoriam: Miguel Moreno It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Miguel Moreno, former Treasurer for the State Referee Committee (2003-2007). Miguel began his referee journey in 1980 and proudly served as a National Referee representing Cal South from 1991-1996. His dedication and passion for the sport and refereeing community were truly inspiring. Miguel’s contributions to the game and to those around him will be remembered fondly.
