After 25 years of dedicated service, Mary Winkenweder is retiring from the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA). Mary joined the CCAA in 2000 as an Executive Assistant and grew into her role as Manager, Finance & Administration. Throughout the years, she has been known as conscientious, dependable, competitive, and above all deeply caring about the CCAA’s members, student-athletes, coaches, and athletic personnel. Her contributions touched every part of the Association: from financial oversight and record keeping to supporting CCAA Championships and ensuring eligibility compliance. Always professional and calming, Mary was the person you knew you could count on. As Mary moves on to her next chapter, we thank her for the indelible mark she has left on the Association and on all of us who had the privilege to work alongside her.
