October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month 💜 At Asiyah Women’s Center, we witness firsthand the strength it takes to leave harmful situations, the courage it takes to ask for help, and the healing that happens when women are supported, protected, and believed. We serve women from all walks of life, many of whom are navigating abuse while also carrying the weight of immigration, cultural stigma, language barriers, and isolation. Domestic violence doesn’t always leave visible scars. It can be emotional, financial, verbal, or psychological and it thrives in silence. This month, we break that silence. If you or someone you know is experiencing abuse, please know: you are not alone, and support is here. Contact us at socialservices@asiyahcenter.org or using the link in our bio 🔗 If you would like to help us continue supporting DV survivors, you can donate in the following ways: Asiyahcenter.org/donate PayPal: dania@asiyahcenter.org Venmo: asiyahwomen Zelle: dania@asiyahce...
