Extended Description: Japanese American Youth Alliance (JAYA) was made with the dream of uniting and empowering young Japanese Americans throughout Northern California. The Japanese American people hold a strong history throughout the region with a long-standing commitment to building our communities through agriculture, local businesses/nihon machis, and even participating in government offices. JAYA hopes to expand this history by constructing strong bonds within the greater Japanese American youth and laying a foundation for our community to thrive in the decades to come. JAYA prioritizes events with a social, cultural, and professional focus to achieve this goals.
