Detroit’s neighborhoods continue to thrive thanks to local visionaries bringing bold ideas to life. The Estates at Edmund in Brush Park is a perfect example: led by Detroit natives Randy Arnold, Charles Micheaux, and Pierre Roberson, this new development honors the neighborhood’s history while reimagining its future with spacious, thoughtfully designed homes. Deputy Mayor Melia Howard joined the team on July 31 to officially break ground. It was a celebration of heritage, innovation, and Detroit pride, complete with music, food, and community connections. #TakePart: detroitmi.gov/engagedetroit #DetroitRising #BrushPark
