It’s been a bit… time for a little check-in! Back in August, I wrapped up my internship with Kansas City Monarchs Baseball, and I’m still so grateful for the experience. Spending the summer in Kansas City was nothing short of amazing. Huge thank you to Morgan Kolenda for giving me the chance to help lead the Monarchs social team and for trusting me to represent the organization online. This summer was about so much more than just time at the ballpark. I lived on my own for the first time in a brand-new city, learned how to take care of myself, and pushed out of my comfort zone every single day. Those lessons are ones I’ll carry with me far beyond this internship. I also can’t say enough about our social team. We crushed it this summer, and I feel lucky to have worked alongside such talented people.
