With 17 programs and four deliverables per program, there were a lot of moving parts. To streamline the process and allow multiple editors to work simultaneously, we set it up as an Adobe Production within Premiere. A Production is essentially a container for several projects at once, which allows shared assets and visibility into who’s in the project at any given time.
