Let’s get straight to it! BRISKET TACOS - Half of the brisket I had was dry and the other half was juicy and tender. Flavor isn’t bad. Bbq sauce is good! I’d pass on the tacos. BAO BUNS - Straight gas! Bun is hella soft and the brisket wasn’t dry. The sauce is actually a hoisin sauce. I’d get these again! CHIP AND DIP - They make the chips in house. Super crispy! The dip is basically queso mixed with brisket and bbq sauce. Pretty good! PHILLY TRI-TIP STEAK - Not bad. I’m not the biggest fan of philly cheesesteaks. I’d pass on this one. SMOKED BRISKET SANDWICH - This one also had some dry and super juicy pieces. It def had more tender pieces than the tacos for sure. I like the hot mustard. I’m not sure if I’d get this again.
