#fastfeetfriday breaking down some great accel and max velo shapes. The interesting thing about really breaking down the key factors of each is that a lot of what you want to see is the same —big ranges of motion, stiff ankles, ground strike under center of mass. The biggest differences are in body position (fwd lean or up tall) and the direction of force (horizontal vs. vertical).
