Three tips to get you ready for race day 👇
1. Prep your gear the night before - Get the little things out of the way. The last thing you should be worrying about is pinning your bib or looking for your lucky race day socks.

Time to ground yourself in the reality that you’re about to run 26.2 miles. Once your mind is ready all you have to do is turn on the engine and get to work. No more second guessing.
3. Execute on nutrition - It’s very easy to under fuel, and from my personal experience it’s always better to be over prepared. I typically carry 7/8 gels with me during any marathon to make sure I’m consuming enough carbohydrates to keep me going. The wolaco distance half tights save me the discomfort of having to wear anything else while on a run. There are enough pockets to carry all your gels...
