🌱 #RegenerativeAgriculture is a holistic approach to farming that supports biodiversity, water and soil – and which can benefit communities as part of a just transition. Through the Nescafe Plan, Nestlé is supporting coffee farmers transition to practices like optimized fertilization, soil cover, mulching and composting, with the aim of improving productivity and lowering their costs. The adoption of these practices is also helping reduce greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) in coffee. Over 315 million coffee plantlets have already been distributed to farmers since 2010 to support better yields and climate adaptation. Read more on our progress at the link in bio. 👆
