September is #FriendshipMonth and each Friday this month, we're going to share some ways that Tec Inc. values relationships through our company values. The first value we have is to build relationships, not just projects. In our industry, relationships are the foundation of each and every project, and to have a successful project, you must have a successful team that can communicate and collaborate well together. Friendships are a form of relationships that can be present in the workplace, especially when those are familiar with other team members/ companies in the industry. Relationships are more valuable than the projects that we work on because they allow us to create foundations when working in teams.
