We all know that making mistakes is necessary in the process of learning, yet there is always shame in the act. When it comes to design teams specifically, there are always multiple people involved in a project, there's math and measurements, communications, and design. With all of these different elements in mind, mistakes are bound to happen. The growth that comes from recognizing, learning and fixing our mistakes can increase our skills. This is why we employ a heavy emphasis in mentorship from our senior leaders for all our staff.
