Tec would like to congratulate Courtney Van Ostran, CPSM on her recent promotion to Associate. As the Director of Marketing and Business Development, in just over 4 years, Courtney has created strong strategic marketing plans, implemented new website design, improved our social media content, and made stronger relationships with clients leading to significant project opportunities for the firm. Courtney has grown the marketing department and mentors less experienced staff. She remains active on the local, regional and national levels of SMPS. Congratulations, Courtney! #promotion #associate #marketingdirector #strategicmarketing #businessdevelopment
