43 years ~bold~ 🎉 The Portland Building challenged the world’s idea of architecture – #bold, #colorful, and #unapologetically postmodern. But after decades of leaks, structural concerns, and dim interiors, its future was uncertain. Working alongside the city, we worked meticulously to bring Michael Graves’ original vision to reality with modern technology and materials, giving new life to an icon once on the brink.  The result is a #design that honors its #controversial past while standing strong for the next generation.
