Here's a Friday Flashback to the 2014 renovation of Lakeland Community College's Building A Science Hall Renovations. On the 3rd floor of this 100,000 sq. ft. building, Tec completed a full renovation of the HVAC system, electrical panels, electrical distribution, fume hoods, and technology systems. Importantly, some of the air handling units were nearing the end of their life expectancy and were becoming prone to failure, which made our renovation imperative. Our team also worked to renovate the laboratory prep spaces, including lab gases and associated plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and technology design.
