Today, we're highlighting the renovation of Case Western Reserve University's Bingham Building, which received a full make-over to their 2nd floor Geotechnical Engineering Department. Renovations focused on the laboratory spaces, including new HVAC controls, circuit breaker modifications, addition of snorkel exhausts, and new sprinkler heads. Our team collaborated closely with the @CWRU facilities staff to find cost savings opportunities, including the usage of leftover equipment like the sprinkler heads to reduce the final price.
