Here’s my Apple Pie smoothie. Today I used almonds but you could use cashews, pecans, or walnuts if you like. The dates add extra sweetness, so use as few or as many as your taste buds desire. The cinnamon and nutmeg combo is great in this but just cinnamon works too. Finally, I did add a handful of ice cubes after the first blend to help chill the smoothie and also thin it out a bit.
