Led by Coaches pdorilas_ , trevjames, mallllynyj, & nvier1214 (not pictured). nebballclub has hosted these sessions for the past couple of yrs for select players to give them an opportunity to get in the gym to hone in on ball handling, shooting, and stretching w/ coaches/trainers before the start of the season... One long workout session doesn't necessarily mean a player's game will drastically change. Repetition and taking away things that can be applied to other practices and games are what can help make those differences, though.
