My dream fireplace just in time for cozy season 🍂🔥 I’m sure it sounds silly to a lot of you, but this is a such a “pinch me” moment for me. Fireplaces weren’t super common growing up in Vegas, and if you happened to have one, it was way more utilitarian than something that deserved to be the focal point of a room. Then somehow, during the 2 1/2 years we lived in Nashville, Brian and I rented (what I’m assuming is) the only house in Nashville that DIDN’T have a fireplace. So we did our best and built a frame for the most realistic faux fireplace I could find. I was super thankful for what we were able to make happen. From the moment we moved into this house last year, I knew I was going to make my little 13-year-old-pinterest-scrolling-self’s dreams come true 🥹 And today, we put the final pieces in place immediately after our tile guy finished grouting.
